Okay second time today going in. Very attentive staff! I got an ice vanilla latte which was delicious but I don't think that they did two shots of espresso so it just tastes like sugary milk. It's just too big of a cup to do one shot of espresso there's no coffee taste I bought several meals today. I got home to cook one before my road trip and realize there's sausage in it. I don't eat meat so that one's a waste. But it's okay because someone else in my household will eat it. I started cooking the frittata and I'm eating it now but I had to hand pick out the chicken. I just wish there was a list of ingredients because I don't eat meat I only eat seafood. I don't know how I was supposed to tell that there was chicken in the frittata? Maybe I missed something I don't know I read the box like three times I don't see anywhere that says there's chicken in it. I just wouldn't even have guessed that they'd be chicken inside a frittata. So two meals that had meat that I was not aware of and can't eat. Also today I did get raw vegetables!! The frittata came with potatoes I cooked them on medium high on the stove top for 12 minutes. My frittata is cooked all the way through. However the potatoes are rock hard like concrete and raw inside. I don't know you can heat potatoes up if they're not boiled correctly. So it looks like the other reviews might be right about the raw vegetables. I'll try one more time but I think if this doesn't work I'm going to have to go back to deeply nourished food prep. Their food is much better It's a little bit more advanced cooking skills. Not just knowing how to boil a potato but also ingredients are a little bit more complex and flavorful. The only reason I'm not sticking with deeply nourished is because whenever they deliver my food on my doorstep is hot within 10 minutes because it's so damn hot outside! This place is very inexpensive though in my opinion, so I guess you get what you pay for. I will be much more careful next time to ask what ingredients are in the meals. UPDATE: ok I see the QR CODE now for ingredients - ugggh.
Such a great place to sit down do some work and sip on a great cup of coffee. Baristas are so so nice and make you feel welcome. Definitely my new work place.
Guiltless shares the same space as The Coffee Shop. We took advantage of this to have a bite with our cup of coffee. The signage and interior are quite cute. The location is easy to find and has ample parking. We found our Blueberry Crumble in their takeaway case, see my pics. Given that this this is healthy eating, it was fairly good. The takeaway case was easy to figure out. The cashier was the Coffee Shop cashier and he was quick to come over. This is a good alternative to fast food, and just as fast.
OMG+++ !!! This spot is my my new Go-to From now on.....Amazing Healthy options you cannot find ANYWHERE! Healthy and full of Flavor! Wow!+ My wife and I came here just to "check it out"...nice try...We have Dinner for a week. I never knew a spot like this existed. These people carefully craft Every meal with the upmost care while keep your health in mind....WHO DOES THAT?.... if you want great Healthy options, with AMAZING FLAVOR...get this!!!!...I think it's the new trend...ALL my friends love it......and the wonderful lady recommended these chocolate coconut things...what a Jerk.... NOW IM HOOKED!!!

Oh Tyyyyyyyyylerrrrr!!! Here goes my LONG overdue review... lol (Tyler owns this hip spot, along with The Coffee Shop right next door). Have you ever wanted to try a meal prep service? Do you want to start eating clean? Do you have dietary restrictions? Well if you said 'yes' to any of the above, it is clearly time to stop by Guiltless Food Co. and at the very least try a dish or two! This place is clean, inviting and has the most down to earth, awesome staff to serve you. Happy smiles, polite conversation and yummy food await you here! Find them near Bastards Canteen on Jefferson with lots of parking right in front. Pricing is VERY reasonable for a meal prep company that delivers FRESH, never FROZEN yummies to your home or office. You can also choose to pick up at a convenient location near you. My first taste of Guiltless was a few months ago, when Tyler came out to my then-gym for a pop-up event. I had 2 full size dishes and they were both spectacular! I don't even remember which ones I had because it's been a while, but trust me when I say they were scrumptious! I ate every bit of both. I had their Asian Spring Bowl for dinner tonight and they delivered!! No skimping on the shrimp here, and that sauce was perfect! Did I mention they make all of their sauces in-house? Because they do! Guiltless uses locally sourced produce, and their food is all-natural AND 100% gluten-free. It really is what they say it is: "Healthy food that doesn't suck!" They offer 4 different menus: classic, lean, performance and vegan. You have the option to pick low carb, extra protein or no seafood. Each meal is labeled with macro info (proteins, carbs, fats and calories) so you can just eat up and have one less thing to worry about. A subscription is not necessary but always available. I highly suggest buying one or two of the sale items to the right of the fridge (you can't miss it when you walk in --- look to the right!). At only $6 a pop, you can't go wrong. They offer breakfast as well! I gotta try the blueberry pancakes soon!! Mad props to Tyler, for this one of a kind experience: clean eating AND craft coffee under one roof!
